The Limerick Youth Service was founded in 1973 and provides a range of projects for young people in Limerick through education and training. For over thirty years, the service has demonstrated a commitment to vulnerable young people who are disadvantaged or marginalised within their own communities. It also targets those who are at risk of drug and substance misuse and early school leavers.

Beneficiary ProjectFunding will enable: the purchase of a new site in order to facilitate new programmes aimed at enabling participants to enhance self-esteem and maximise their employment opportunities the commencement of an intensive training and education programme for twenty young men, aged between 15 and 21 years
