Milford Care Centre provides a comprehensive range of specialist palliative services to older people in the Mid-West region. Its reputation is based upon its philosophy of respect for the individual and holistic care for both the sick and the dying.

Beneficiary ProjectThe Centre offers a range of community-based, day care and in-patient hospice services and provides education and training for staff and volunteers engaged in palliative care and services to older people. Funding will enable: the expansion of the Centre's services such as regional outpatient clinics and extended day care for older people the enhanced development of assessment practices, education and research
