Jp Mcmanus Invitational Pro-Am A Record-Breaking Success

No Caps on Sale on the Gate for play on Tuesday July 5.

It is an event well used to setting records but this year’s JP McManus Invitational Pro-Am at Adare Manor has exceeded all expectations.

Record crowds in excess of 40,000 people flocked to the County Limerick venue for the first day’s play to see the world’s best golfers compete alongside stars from the world of stage, screen and sport.

Due to the phenomenally high turnout on Monday, entrance caps are sold out and therefore will not be available for the second and final day’s play on Tuesday July 6, meaning that if spectators do not already have a cap, they are urged not to turn up because they will not be granted admission to the event.

“The crowds today have been fantastic and I can’t thank everyone enough for all the effort they have made to come along and support the event,” said JP McManus.

Spectators coming to Adare Manor on Tuesday are advised to expect traffic delays getting into and out of the Adare Village. Spectators are therefore urged to give themselves plenty time for their journey and to be patient with event and security staff directing them to their relevant car parks.
